Moyode Wood

Coming from galway into Craughwell take the immetiate left after the rail road crossing. Follow the road 2 kilometers you will notice an extremly sharp bend on the road, once you go round  this Moyode wood will be on tour left. continue on for 400 meteres and then you will see a diamond designed gate on your left. This is the entrance to Moyode wood.

Slieverue Wood

Leaving Athenty in the direction of Kiltulla take the left at the cemetary cross. Go straight through the first small crossroads. You will notice Slieverue Wood on your right. After that crossroad count five houses on your right. Take the turn that leads up to the fifth house just after where the NRA crosses the road.
